2005 vnl 670 with MID128 PID 94 FMI 7

I am having a similar problem.the only thing is I have replaced everything from The tank to the injectors And everything in between. And still stalls with this fault code. The fuel pump was replaced twice inside the last 4 months last one was last week. Now it drives right along and stallS out fuel pressure is at 40 lbs while idle and 65 lbs while in motion. Once we took the fuel filter out and it was half full. I know it should be full of fuel. So when it stall I use the primer for a few mins till the symbol goes out on the screen. And wait couple mins and it starts and runs for a while then stalls out again. I may be forgetting something we have done but I need help any suggestions?

Reading this post, I was driving and engine started running rough, check fuel filter shows on display and Mid 128 pid 94 fmi 7 on diagnostic. First tought was injectors and cups and $$$$$$$ in repairs goes through my head, but it is not always that. So after changing fuel filter, I noticed that primer pump pop out, meaning that was sucking air. Put it back and was fixed. After 500 miles and Indiana roads it pops out again, so guys check that prime pump first before doing anything else. I hope this will help someone.
