Hi have a volvo 2005 ve d12 no dash lights or think he said tail lights fuses 42 thru 55 first two rows are nothing when use tester then f36 thru 41 same thing we got the relay with the yellow sticker and changed it but still nothing any suggestions thank you
Disconnect the batteries for a few seconds. I believe some of the busses in the fuse box have virtual fuses in the body module powering them.
You should have a different PDM on a few years right in front of fuse box, if not its battery protection doing it once voltage goes above 12.4 should be fine
