No i didnt. But finaly find out the problem and fixed, it took me a while and unnecesary parts that cost me, but still cheaper then freightliner or detroit.. number 4 injector nozle was damaged and as soon as i put the new one on she fire good and run rough at the begining with excess smoke but it clear out and being runing ever since last 18days..

i have a 07 century and my truck did the same.egr valve was sticking.when the got the computer something with the o ring caused me to replace turbo, egr and a sensor.truck runs great and I get better mpg
-
When my 2007 century was a 9-speed it used to "cough" a lot and have small puffs of black smoke come out. When I switched it to a 13 speed all of the coughing went away. Truck runs way better when you can split the gears and keep your rpm's a little higher.

glad to see you got her going again. KEEP rpm just above1250 and puffing should'nt occur, at least thats how my truck seems to work
-
i mean don't let rpm drop lower than 1250
