i was nosing around in my under bunk door on drivers side today and found out my truck has a factory installed siruis antenna and reciever moun ted to the under side of bed. i originally thought it was just part of the qualcomm from prevoius owner. i do not have the factory radio that came in the truck so can i get a new single din radio that is sat ready to work with this reciever. i would like to find a kenwood but any would do. do they make a adapter that would let me connect this with a aftermarket radio?

You'll need to find out the make and model of the receiver, then check to see what models of dash stereo are compatible with it.
