Called back to a Freightliner dealer in Knoxville, and they say it sounds like the bulk head module is fried as well, not letting the PCM communicate with the dash. Have one coming our way. This module must be VIN flashed.

Took over a month to get the bulk head module in hand, but we did. Installed it and most of our issues still exist. We still have the dash cluster displaying 'No Eng', 'No ABS' and 'No J1587' and the oil pressure gauge doesn't register anything (after the self-test at startup). The only thing it seems to clear up was the chime when the brake is released. Now we can at least move it down the road and not have an annoying chime going off. Still need to troubleshoot more. Someone says the harness (that a diagnostic tool is plugged into)may be damaged. That there is a resistor at each end and one or each could have been fried when the truck was improperly jumped. Once the weekend is over, I'm gonna have to get on the phone with Freightliner again to see if they have any more suggestions. I know what will fix the truck... a thermite grenade.
