I forget the pin #, but underhood brown connector on BCM coming out of driver side firewall. The brown connector can be purchased separately from IHC if it happens to be corroded or burnt. Unplug and inspect pins from inside connector.
Smellfunny and Heavyd Thank this. -
Open circuit basically just like the description says. I know this sounds dumb, but did you actually check to make sure each bulb isn't simply burnt out? We chased a problem like this on a Prostar until we started over and found both bulbs burnt out and then the owner said this happened right after boosting it!
Anyway, single feel out from body controller. You can disconnect it at body controller and make sure there is power, connect a test light and perform a key cycle to clear the code. After that the wire goes through a rectangular connector in that harness mess below the fuse box. After that it splices to each headlight harness near the bumper.QUALITYTRUCK and Smellfunny Thank this. -
Will check it out soon. Thanks for the replies. I see the owner has a few bulbs in the side of door. Will check them out anyway.
