2006 Kenworth T800 wiper problem

Wiper runs off direct wire through both lo & hi speed circuit. Wipers return home when connected to truck wiring harness. Washer pump doesn't run. Any suggestions is it the switch or is there a relay? The fuse is good.

switch goes bad quite often.i have 10-15 switches at shop that have "no squirt"issue.
