Sounds like you need to get into the shop and have ET hooked up. I would recommend a top end inspection with overhead adjustments unless it's been done it recent history. Cylinder cut out while its smoking should find your missing hole.

Last time in the shop which was 3 weeks ago I had a cut out test and found issue with fuel pressure replaced a fuel filter and power came back and no smoke also had an overhead ran when it was down runs great after about 1400rpm feels like I have all my power just smoking a little and sputtering before hand also feel like the fuel mileage is down also

What is the fuel pressure?

hook up a fuel pressure gauge on the POST filter side of the fuel filter housing and run it up to cab. watch it as the problem occours.
sounds like you have a cracked or semi blocked pick up in tank. starving the engine of fuel when you demand it. if that's the case you'll see the fuel pressure fall away during the fault379_dannyy_geee, A5¢ and swaan Thank this. -
Had to put it in the shop they did a road test and narrowed it down to cylinder #2 now waiting on the answer if its injector, valve train, or cam hopefully it's the cheapest
