I think i found the problem
The wire from fan/condensor is badly exposed. I think that is why fuse is blowing
I ordered 14/2 awg marine wire to replace oem, hopefully it will be easy to get to the other end of this wire, who knows where it goes, backbox under bed?
2006 tripac apu 7.5 fuse blowing, what could be?

Bingo: Thanks for the help. That was the same problem I've been having. Mine also is a '06 TK. On mine the insulation on the wire had rubbed off where there is a metal hoop wire holder to support the wire. Kind of where you have the zip tie. But a little father back. Mine doesn't have the tubing around it like yours has. I put some electrical tape on it and it works fine. I'll slip a piece of rubber tubing over it once I get home. I had this problem for about a week. Just booked a load to Springfield, MO so I could Dales to look at it. Should have looked here first. Thanks again
