    Just driving on the highway suddenly heard loud noise like tire plowed stoped and saw the intake manifold wide open on side any one know what coused

    My best guess without knowing any other information would be a turbo overboost situation or too much turbo drive pressure and the engine brake stuck closed.

    Is this a stock motor with no upgrades? No tuning or handheld programmer?
