2006 volvo vnl670 electrical problem

    Cluster,climate control not working and no dashboard light,all fuses are good ,replaced half of the relays ,instaled new batterys and all the cables to batteries are clean also the light control module is brand new.It is 2006 volvo vnl with isx and 13xxxxx miles.
    Any ideas?

    had a bad ground on the relay on mine also check the cab to frame ground my sleeper lights quit because of this.
