2006 W9 W/ C15 voltage below normal on random injectors

    I have a 2006 w9 with a cat c-15 I have replaced the engine harness and injector harness twice! Have changed ECM and still it will come up on the computer as voltage below normal on random injectors have checked batteries grounds ect... sometimes it will go a couple weeks wit no issues and then it will not stop at all could use some real help here thxs
