    Hi all,
I have a 2007 Columbia and the hood won't sit square to the cab no matter how I adjust the front hinge.
There is like a 1/8 gap on the drivers side and a 3/4 inch on the pass. Side up by the cab.
Truck was like this when I got it and can't find anything bent????

Worked for a company with a brand new FLD like that. Cab was not straight on frame. Measure and pull string.

How do I move the cab on the frame?
It looks like you could very well be right.....
    Nothing looks bent at all.

Just put that out as food for thought or thank out of the box. Could be the result of a poor jack knife repair or even a bent frame. Take the time to figure out the real problem before changing stuff. Columbia's here are air ride cabs that pivot on the front. Could be caused by a front bushing- mounting problem or rear side strut bushings. Are the air bags straight? f is always for fabulous no doubt.

Sounds like Hood Hinge Bushings.. There are four of them, and when they go, all sorts of things get bashed around (AC coils especially)

Air bags look fairly straight in the rear....
The hood hinge has two bushings that are brand new.....
I need to figure out a way to accurately measure the cab but not sure how?

    Problem solved......
Backed off the front mount bolts and removed bolt for rear track bar and with the help of my MF tractor resquared the cab to the frame.

    Starboyjim Thanks this.
