2007 Pete 379 bunk heater problems

    Heater blower worked fine last night and tonight its not doing anything cab heat/ac works fine

    could be fuse, could be blower motor went out. is bunk switch on dash on?

    Switch is on. Checked the fuses and the looked alright

    Sounds like it is the resistor. rare for a blower motor to go out. the resistor is the panel that the wiring plugs into at the blower.

    Just checking, but there is a separate fuse panel for bunk with just a few fuses and relays under bunk as well as the one at drivers side kick panel have you looked at that? If all of the fuses and relays are good then it is most likely the resistor.

    I ran a Freightliner one summer and the cab fan is located under the passenger's seat. Same symptoms. Come to find out it was all clogged up with grease and dirt. I would just reach over and tap it with a hammer. Ran it like that for several weeks.

    Had the same problem on a 2001 and turned out to be the bunk switch on the dash, it felt like it was working but after testing with test lite found it was bad.
