    4.Cooling %
    5.Water pump**
    6.Radiator**
    7.Friction on the clutch
    8.Thermostat
    9.Belt tensioner

Well I hope someone can tell me what the normal temp should be?
And if I put a bigger radiator would that help keep it cool or not?

    Is the fan comming on?
Is your radiator plugged with bug guts or danilion fuzz?
Coolant should run under 210F Oil should be Under 250F.
Does your truck have a DPF(CM871) or not (CM870).

When the engine is hot after a long pull shut the truck off and wait for the fine to lock then see if you can spin the fan at all should be completely locked up I find them slipping a lot and causing overheating problems all the time

Ok well just got my truck out of the shop and we replace a crack EGR cooler replace EGR cooler, Clutch Fan Belt tensioner, AC tensioner, rebuilt fan hub. But know when I start to drive fan will stay on water still runs 230 and oil 225 but if I make little pull that water gose up to 240 and light come on. Just trying to find out what is going on with this. I have ask people and the water should be at 190 to 200. So anyone have any ideas what is going on?

How long has it been since you changed air filters? How bout thermostats? I also have an 07 ISX and mine runs around 190 on the water and 229 on oil. Air filter or thermostats could cause your problem.

I think your egr valve may be stuck open. Do you have a check engine light?
