Might be…probably is we do lots of trailers that have that problem. Probably going to start around 10k and might take as much as 30 depending on how far you take it and how bad the damage is. let’s see some pictures. The top and bottom flanges are much more critical than the web just FYI

I once priced a stretch deck for a 65 ton trailer and the deck was almost $60k and that was many years ago. Deck inserts and replacement decks are expensive.
I would send pictures to a lowboy rehab shop like Buckner trailer in Springville AL and have them give you a ball park, my guess is you are going to be “surprised”.cke, beastr123, Oxbow and 1 other person Thank this. -
I am around Quincy Illinois. If you’re talking about the main deck where you typically load equipment it’s not a replaceable item. you just have to fix what you have. If this trailer has a deck on top of the neck or something you might be able to get that but I bet it’s crazy expensive.

You see what I mean about modular trailer?
if the trailer is not modular - it is not practical to “change” decks as you would have to cut the trailer apart to do a new deck.FerrissWheel, JolliRoger, cke and 1 other person Thank this. -
I believe a stretch trailer can come apart too.neck, front deck and rear deck that slides in and out of front deck.i just need the front deck fixed or replaced. -
As I have no idea what you know or don’t know
You canzinita17601 Thanks this.
