Truck stopped running after fueling. Had the fuel pump replaced and it started. While I was paying for the repair the truck died and would not start again. This time they decided it also needed a relay controller. They replaced it and started the truck. Same thing happened. It started and before I could pay the bill it died and would not start. Any ideas. It is a 2009 386 Peterbilt ISX Cummins

See if truck will run from a bucket of fuel. Could be be a blockage from pick up tube in tank.

More likely a cracked pickup tube sucking air, see alot of those so I agree with running out of a bucket to isolate. Also load test powers and grounds to the ECM. Does it refire after cooling down or is the problem still intermittent even when cold?

Sound like your shop is throwing parts to see what sticks? Get it to break and troubleshoot the problem.
