Not sure if you figured things out, but I have a 2009 Int. Prostar with the ISX in it. One day as I was driving my fan engaged to keep my motor cool, when it did it got stuck on high and all the gauges on the right side of the instrument panel dropped down to 0. When that happened the warning buzzard went off because the ecm believed I had no air pressure. I also lost cruise control and engine brake. Well I decided to take off the instrument cluster and I cleaned the inside part of it, the inside part being the motherboard. I Unhooked all the connections and then reconnected them. After I did that I turned on my truck and everything was back to normal. It was pretty dusty in there, anyways haven’t had any issues since. Still thinking about replacing the instrument cluster though just in case. Anyways I hope this helps someone. Have a great day!
