When do you see this? Any other problems? The ESC is the computer for the cab. There is really nothing you can do without hooking up a laptop to it to see if it is logging any faults. If you see this message in the LCD display of the cluster after key on, then the message goes out, ignore it, it means nothing.

It displays on the LCD in the instrument cluster, stays on all the time that the key is on engine running or not.
    Background:
It started displaying (ESC Module) about the time I lost all of the driver accessories, AM-FM, CB, all of the power points in the dash and sleeper - all of the lights in the sleeper, the shop (International) found a relay that they said caused the hotel load to not function but the message has not gone away.

You spoke of pluging in a laptop, what hardware - software will i need to do this? I have several laptops Win7 and Linux.
    Thanks for your reply Heavyd.

Even with a laptop, you are still several hundred's of dollars away from being able to do anything. You still need an interface adaptor and the Diamond Logic Builder software. If you got all that you still need access to the wiring information, of which as far as I know is dealer only. The body controller does get locked up sometimes and needs a "cold boot". To do this, just disconnect your batteries for about 5 mins, make sure the cab is completely dead as there are more than one battery feed up there. Reconnect your cables and see what happens. If you still have the warning someone will have to dig into it. Unless you have access to the required hardware and schematic information, and you have the proper wire terminal test tooling, there really isn't much that you can do. Sorry.

I just got my 2008 prostar with isx435 out the shop and that code 435 was oil pressure sensor my oil pressure gauge needle dropped and the gauge light lid up followed by the upside down triangle and warning engine. I made it back home roughly 350 mile with no engine problem.
