Definitely a ground or road salt intrusion problem.

Yes, for sure. Any plug you disconnect outside the truck you can spray a contact cleaner if you see any corrosion and apply any dielectric grease you have in the area. We use the Grote stuff around here. The trucklite spray works good too.

I’ve been all through pro stars with Cummins ... spent a fortune correcting all the problems. They were great after I spent $20,000 fixing them up but until then .... nightmares... Trade it in for a freightliner with a Detroit or a KW with a Paccar.

That little tool will point you in the right direction. Once the abs no longer detects a problem, the code goes inactive, the light goes out and system returns to normal operation. The code will not clear itself, it remains in history.
