Hello I have 2 fault codes that make the engine start with no throttle response and showing 0 rpms on the dash i think a mechanic working on my truck made a wire loose at the ecm but have no idea where it is on a dd15. Can someone please help this truck about left me broke and i need to get this truck rolling asap. Here are the codes
Radar SA49 SPN08632509
ENG SA00 SPN00062509
Onguard error Engine Data Error SPN 86391 FMI19
I looked up the codes in the pdf files and no info.

Here's what I have:
86325/9--timeout of CFG_E message
625/9--ACM PT-CAN DM1 Message Not Received or has Stopped Arriving
(I'm assuming you have a Detroit Powertrain...FYI post your powertrain info as well so I know which relevant fault codes pertain to your 2010 Cascadia.)
Recommendation:
It seems something is going on with your Engine CAN network--PTCAN in this case possibly. Your ATS module is one of the most crucial for operating your vehicle without the derate. I bet you probably have a stop engine light and can only go 5 mph max w/stop override. -
I have a dd15 with an eaton fuller 10 speed 3.42 gears and the problem started happening once a mechanic was working under the air lines near the steering collum is it possible a connector to be loose? After turning the main power switch off it goes away but occurs after the 3rd time i start the truck. Thank you so much for your help and input also the last 8 of the vin is ASAT0029
RocketyMan Thanks this. -
Good. That is helpful information. Have you load tested your batteries? What condition are they in? Maybe your voltage rails to your ACM are not getting up to voltage to make the module turn on. I'm wondering if you have a power issue. The PDM is next to the steering column-- if that's what you mean. Located on the driver fender. Also your PNDB is on the firewall that's close to the steering linkage.. Should be a little red light next to it. Does it ever blink fast or anything like that when this problem happens? Now that I think about it, the circuit 439B that controls the ACM connects to the PNDB. Should be that 30 amp fuse. Possibly the fuse is cracked?
Inspect, and post what you find. -
Okay...after looking at your truck, you don't have an ACM. You just have CPC and MCM that controls the aftertreatment.
-
So your DDECVI has the powertrain fuses on the PDM which circuit is 439B. 30 amp is for the MCM and 10 amp for the CPC. I'd check those out.

Upon inspection the 30 amp fuse on the drive train box F8 Engine ECU Batt fuse was loose so I inspected it and plugged it in correctly maybe thats the problem because when you shut the truck off the vibrations of the motor may cause that fuse to loose contact for the next time i start it. The problem is intermittent and resolves it self when i take off all the power by switching off the kill switch im going to check the other 10 amp fuse you guys are awesome may you have a blessed day
-
There you go!....you're welcome.

Looks like the same errors occured after the fuse check now the regen code came up to do a manual regen is it possible that is what caused the no data code errors I will see what happens after the regen
-
Quite possibly...
