Had a 2010 Cascadia that came in with no lights or gauges working. Found a blown fuse F22. Installed new fuse and the primary air gauge started smoking. Removed fuse and installed new gauge and jumper wiring to the gauge. Now light stay on in dash all the time. The only way they go out is if you flip the kill switch. I tried disconnecting various jumpers to see if that changed anything but no help. Any suggestions?

I can only share some Columbia experience. Leaking windshield could flood the breaker - fuse panel and cause problems. Later models came with a clear plastic cover over them.
A Penskie day cab I had hand picked would not turn off the dash and clock lights ( This was years after the purchase ). Found if I pulled one fuse they would go out. That fuse had power to it all the time. I split two fuses and soldered a wire between them. Connected the side going through a fuse to a power with key on terminal, the other side fed the lights.
A year or so later someone else here was asking questions. I removed the panel behind the right hand door and found a multi wire connector that was corroded and green. Cut all those wires and put heat shrink connectors in place. That solved the problem about 5 years ago and it is still good. I thank Chip S for that.
I have read of others with similar problems behind the kick panels.
Sleeper cabs have their own Pandoras box that opens behind the left door. Don't recall a lot about those but never spent a week there.

    Smellfunny Thanks this.

I appreciate it but Cascadia is different setup. Someone else can probably use the information though. Thanks
