2010 kenworth t800 stuck on defrost only

    Hello friends I have a 2010 Kenworth t800and it’s been stuck on defrost only no floor or vents working at all. I tried switching the 3 knobs on the dash by getting a completely different part from my other. The problem didn’t change. I did some googling and a problem in my mode door actuator seems too be the problem. But all the diagrams I’ve seen are for different vehicles. Does anybody know where it is located or if they have a diagram for that model that would be greatly appreciated.

    I had a t370. Someone had dropped something down the defrost vent. Changing it got stuck.
    They actually had to get to it through the firewall. Part of the ac/heat stuck out the firewall.

    Shut down and reboot the system.

    I have had some strange problems that have been fixed by hitting that battery shutoff switch for a few minutes.
