My 2010 prostar Body controller Module needs to be reprogrammed. my 6 switch pack and some other components that are controlled by that body controller are also not working, like the door windows and and the cruise control. I did try to reprogram it myself using Diamond Logic Builder, but my DLB program doesn't have access to the navistar servers. Reach out here to see if someone can help me, perhaps someone with level 2.

What problems are you having? What fault codes do you have. Are the lights in the 6 pack switch flashing? Have you disconnected the batteries and are the battery connections clean?

You could have more than one problem happening. Are the switch lights in the 6 pack flashing?
I have had a few trucks come to the shop with power windows, power mirrors and power locks
not working.
Disconnect and reconnect the batteries for a couple minutes and they went started working again.
The switch pack, window control and power lock modules communicate with the body control
module on a data link. Disconnecting the batteries reboots all the modules.
Can you post the last eight of your VIN or PM it to me? -

Are the 6 pack lights flashing? What do the 6 pack switches operate?

You have 2 switch packs. None of the switches work? Do the switches light up when activated?
-
Have you checked the fuses in the panel on the passenger's side of the dash?
