2011 Lonestar shifting problems

    hey folks!,

    I'm stuck at a pit road hauling gravel and my truck wont shift past second gear, I've tried shifting the automatic manually, stopping/restarting even disconnect the battery for a while hoping it would reset something. a code 88 did show up on the dash for a bit but is gone now. its got an Eaton transmission and is a cummins isx need some help!

    There is no code 88. 88 in the display is status message that the ECM has finished it's key on pre checks. Usually disconnecting battery power is a good way to reset everything. Let the engine and trans cool down. Try to disconnect the batteries again, and retry. If still a no go, you may have to call the hook.
