2011 Mack CXU600. no crank no start.

got news back from the dealership, turns out the computer was the culprit, however the new one I installed that they said was programmed was not. simple programming of the new ECU and it fired right up

i know this is an old thread but the problems are the same. i just came across 2 newer macks that wont crank or start. one has new batteries and will start on either and bypassing the relay on the starter. the other was starting and decided to join the dead sister. the battery voltage was low but even jumping it didnt work. are the basic starting circuits the same as the older trucks with ecu providing ground to start circuit?

Are the battery cables nice and clean?
