I just had my filters changed at speedco. My truck calls for the 5776 and k371004 fuel filters. These people put on the 5825 and k371012 fuel filters now my truck will not go above 20 mph. Called peterbilt and was told that the 5825 is only for 2015 and up. I have a 2011. Also they said the fuel water separator filter they put in is wrong and should be the k371004 not k371012. Anyone have similar issues? These people want to argue with me telling me the 5776 and 5825 are the same when I know they're not.

FF5825 is an upgraded FF5776, that should not give you any issues. Fleetguard | Fleetguard

However the primary filter is no way right. I dont believe they fit the same housing which is probably giving you issues. Replace it with the k37-1004
