Im not completly familar with the pro star isx so ill throw this out any maybe it has happened to someone else.
The turbo was not kicking in untill around 1400 to 1500......its was running fine untill it hit wyoming hi altitude and cold air...now I dropped down into slc utah and its working again..although not at 100 percent....no air leaks no oil leaks...in fact its a relatively new turbo.
Actuator valve maybe?? ...your thoughts please...thanks
