2011 Prostar tow hooks

Hi,
I just purchased a 2011 International Prostar and I'm going to have it towed piggy back style with a 5th wheel saddle. I'm wondering if the truck should have tow hooks and a section on the front for the wrecker to lift and load it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I'm use to the Freightliner Cascadia chassis where it has hooks on the side of the frame that twist on the front. I don't want to go there unprepared...
