2012 Dura-star 4400 aftertreatment problems...

The odd brake light switch problem. The brake switches are a smart switch with a small circuit board so it can detect circuit problems internally and set mis-match codes.

 

Here’s what I have

 

You probably have Meritor Full power hydraulic brakes. You'll need to see what codes are being logged for that. Probably don't have the electric motors running at key on to charge the accumulators. They are powered by big 30 amp fuses. There are two of them. They are in different locations depending on the configuration of the truck. Check near the batteries, and at the firewall on the left hand side.

(not sure if im doing this right) Heavy d i am an intern for a school bus garage and i was told to look up some codes that one of our buses are throwing and how to fix them. I know little info on the bus though, just what i am told, do you think you could help?

 

I will help if I can. Need to know the bus model, year, engine and what codes it is logging.
