I drive a 2012 model. About 4 months ago the truck lost the fan clutch and hub. Last week it blew another fan hub. It was taken to freightliner for the repair and on their test drive it blew it again. I got it back on Saturday and still having the sound as if the fan is running all the time. I did my normal run on Monday with the issues going. My company mechanic send me back to freightliner to get it looked at for the fan and an engine code. They replaced the fan solenoid near the air lines. No restriction in the air line going to the hub. They also spread the connection of the electric wire to the solenoid. The fan seemed to be working fine when they finished. I drove the vehicle home from there. About 3-5 miles in my drive. The fan started its normal thing of being on all the time.

Any ideas or suggestions to help me out. I don't want to keep having my radio up to drown out the constant fan noise

On your 2012 Cascadia, is the issue that your engine fan is always on or you keep breaking fan hubs/clutch because of partial apply?
Do you know what type of fan you are running? Is it a Horton? Horton Advantage? There's a few that have different strategies that are either air to apply or spring to apply. Maybe this is contributing...

Well they are thinking the issues might be because of a misfire if in cylinder 4. But it sounds weird to me. They want to charge 1000$ to move the injector to another cylinder to see if the code follows. Then if it does. It's a new injector n more money. Truck doesn't have any warranty
