2012 Kenworth T-800 heater

    I am having issues with my heater / defrost. The actuator seems to be moving, the blower motor is running, its putting out heat, but barely blowing through the vents like there is a blockage but I can't find anything. Is there a sensor or restrictor or something else that I am missing or would the controls be causing it ?

    Most likely the surface between the a/c evaporator and heater core are plugged up. can be cleaned by removing the blower housing and tray holding freeze switch and separating the cores enough to blow them out, I use a blow gun with a length of plastic air line attached so it can fit down between.
    The reason they plug is the moisture from the a/c allows dust/dander etc to stick on the heater core surface.
