2012 Kenworth T700 air conditioner not working

    I have a 2012 Kenworth T700 with a cummins isx. The air conditioner compressor is not engaging. It has plenty of refrigerant and we have checked fuses behind the glove box. Strangely enough, it seems to be somehow related to the jake brake, as it only has partial power. The air conditioner will sporadically start working and when that happens, the jake brake works properly as well. I have been told it could potentially be the cecu. Any thought?
