2012 Pete 386 no tail/ clearance lights

Any advice would be appreciated;
Has anyone ever shorted out their tail lights? I did and am having trouble locating the fuse or relay.
I have brake and turn signals, but no tail lights on the truck or trailer nor do I have trailer clearance lights on trailer, but I do on the truck. ( the switch does eluminate ) I checked the fuse panel under the hood and left lower kick panel ( age thing ... Trouble reading fuse cover ) I read there was supposed to be relays under instrument cluster , ( is this behind speedo & tach or gps gauges?
