My truck is not sending power down the trailer Tail light line if that makes any sense at all.
Got power to everything else to the trailer lights, but the truck does not power the marker lights down the side rail of the flat bed and the inside two running tail lights. Breaks turn singles and 4 ways and everything else works. got two running lights on the back just not the inside two.
Trailer shop altered this trailer to work with this truck. But my company is not beliving me i cant hook to another trailer. fuses and Relays all good, tried new pigtail. Wish instead of altering the trailer they would of altered the pigtail instead. I would do it myslef if i knew which ones to tie jump together.
I am picking up a relay to get home for thanksgiving and looking for any ideas. Can run daylight hours no issue but with no side running lights i think dot would have fun with me.
Tried hooking to multiple trailers all do the same.

When you turn the lights on, make sure you can feel the Trailer tail light relay clicking, the power from the relay will go through breaker F3-B. Should be 20 amp. Make sure the button hasn't popped up. Check the terminals where the breaker and relay sit in haven't fallen down into the base or are bent or spread. Other than that, it will be in the harness somewhere. We have seen more than once the problem is in the big fat "Y" junction of the socket harness at the back the of cab. This is all molded and sealed, but you can follow this harness to see if you can find any breaks. Also check the wiring behind the socket itself in case it has separated.
kardolmer Thanks this. -
I cant feel the breaker it self click, but the relays next to it click.
Inititialy how this happend is the breaker poped and had to reset it. has never poped sinse but now no power going down that line to the trailer. -
Well checked all the wiring that i could see it looks fine. Guess iam just gonna have to see what the company says tomorrow. Maybe I can get a loner truck so i can get home. haha i doubt it
Still tempted to just jump a wire in the pig tail.
