2013 Cascadia Air leak Issue

I can't find it, I can't hear it, I've sprayed my truck with soapy water solution until there's no more grease under it. Primary and secondary tanks are 20 psi different with the primary always being lower. My recycle time is approximately 3 1/2 minutes and I've seen it go 18 minutes. Could it be the compressor?
