2013 cascadia have problem

    When I drive the truck after couuple hours i have irritated eyes and feel lighthead, there is no exhaust leaks as i checked it and dont smell any fumes in cab , I feel alot of heat when walking by the hood from the holes , or under the truck , Any one experienced it or know what it could be ??

    It should be located on the engine firewall on the passenger side.
