    Call Volvo's help line. It is in your manual, they will tell you what it is and give information about what the fault code means. (PS it is free). just have your s/n number for your truck.

    [i have the same problem SCR performance low 5mph it's making me hate my life I took it to mechanic 23 times last week, can you please advice me what should I do?

    I had same issue (spn 5394 17& 4094 1&18) replaced def doser, nox sensors, cleaned flex pipe but no luck until it gave spn5392 31 code...replaced def pump and everything back to normal.
