Hello everyone, I have a 2013 international prostar. My issue is that the brake lights stay on and I have three (3) lights on the dash that are also on. On the little screen there on the dash theirs also a indication of the ABS Module, would the ABS module cause the lights on the rear of the tractor to stay on? Any information regarding this is appreciated, thank you in advance. 20181130_110857.jpg

One of the lights is your traction control light. Is you switch on?

I'll try to share some info with ya, as I'm dealing with a similar problem. I would like to know some more info about your truck.
Does it have the bendix wingman?

The brake switch is only an input to the body controller. The switch is a smart switch so the body controller knows when the circuit is open or shorted. The abs gets a brake signal from the body controller as a 1939 datalink message. If the lights are stuck on, the body controller may be sensing a fault and also has communicated a fault status to the abs which has triggered all the warning lights. Any time there is an abs active fault, you get "ABS", "TC" (traction control) and yellow triangle engine warning light at the same time. If you can get your codes scanned from the abs and body controller you will likely get something about the brake switch circuit fault.

    Nieves Thanks this.
