Driver drove the truck all day Thursday with no issues. When I tried to start it on Friday to service it will crank over but will not fire. I checked 2 mega fuses and 2 maxi fuses in Battery box but they are all good. All battery cables are clean and tight. While poking around with a voltmeter I found that there is no voltage to any of the ecm fuses in the fuse block under the hood. It is cold out but the truck has a tripac that has been running since the driver shut the truck off so everything it warm. I dont know what I'm missing.

Do you have a LVD? Do you have auxiliary batteries or a electric powered apu system on board?
I've had a similar issue , my truck wouldn't start and I got a flash message cecu and cluster miscommunication error.
When I wiggled the wires I heard a peeping sound coming from within my truck.
Took it to a shop they couldn't duplicate the issue, so upon further investigation I was told to check to ground and connection, seemed find. Then I proceed to wiggle the wires and my dashboard when all static. Move wires again, issue was solved. So apparently there's a loose wire in the big boy battery gaurd ingnition protected solenoid mounted on the right top corner of the battery box.
Which explains why, when i drive some distance and stop, the issue reappears. And sometimes it doesnt.

By any chance do you have in the battery gaurd ingnition protectent? It's a solenoid looking thing?
