we just got to brand new big bubbas. they have a factory dump vavle on the rear axle. we are putting a second on the front axle. my question is this. the factory on is some how wiring into the abs system and overrides your switch after 3 to 5 mph. does anyone know how to get around that or where the dump vavle hooks into the abs. the second vavle i am running the wiring from front to back so i know it will be in my control not some computer system...thanks

That's an interesting question, my 2011 Reitnouer step is set up that way. I'd bet it's done that way to alleviate Reitnouer's liability in case of a crash. They used to not put dump valves on at the factory at all, dealer installed option.
But, that doesn't answer your question. I'd think a dealer could answer it but it probably would be on the downlow and with yours' being a new trailer I'd suspect warranty issues. -
Gotta crawl under there and trace the wires and then diagram it out how you want it and start chopping wires!

I know they warranty the dump vavle system. now not sure if that means they put it on or dealer. suppose to be this way so you dont drive down the highway with the axle dumped by mistake. but i cant stand it since i like to dump both axles chain the front and air up the back again to save on tolls... plus in bad weather i dump the front to get better traction on the drives...
