I drive a 2013 T800 with an ISX clutch fan on almost all the time. SN:360788. Anyone have fan clutch schematics? I have checked the air side of the system it appears to be operating properly. temp gauge appears to work properly almost always operating at 190* F. Does the fan clutch circuit use the same coolant temp sensor as the gauge? Thanks in advance for any help and tips.

Fan is on for coolant temperature, refrigerant pressure in AC system, oil temperature, intake air temperature. Turn AC off to eliminate.

Yes same coolant temp sensor as the gauge. Egr temp will also turn the fan on. If you get it on a laptop it will tell you what circuit is demanding the fan on and helps narrow it down instead of chasing everything. A/c high pressure switch is a good place to start. Even with the a/c off if the pressure is high or wires are broken to the sensor it will still command the fan on.
Working2party, spsauerland and Snailexpress Thank this. -
Some engine faults will turn the fan on. If the check engine light is on look into that first.
