Good Day,
was wondering if you can point me in the direction of-acquiring the lighting schematics for a 2014 KW T660. If someone has it can you please send it to me ? The truck lost its low beams, high beams , parking lights inside both headlamps and the left turn signal on the front of the truck. I’ve checked all the CECU and Node fuses both by the steering wheel and inside the kick panel with no luck. Without the wiring diagram I’m totally lost. I’ve pull the lighting wiring from the front bumper out but it seems ok. Here’s the IVin# 1XKAD49XXEJ385248..
Your help is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Have you pulled apart the DT connector on the frame and checked with a probe light?
Ironmyke Thanks this. -
I had a similar issue, but, at the rear of a newer T680. I had nothing at the rear of the truck, except 1 turn signal. I went through all the lighting circuit fuses, in both fuse boxes. After finding nothing blown, I started going through all the other fuses. I found a blown fuse on a circuit that had nothing to do with lights. I replaced the fuse and all the lights came back. CAN bus does some bizarre stuff.

Thanks guys. It is time consuming and so far the fuses in the CLC are all good . The chassis node checks out good so now I’m trying to track down a potential broken wire in the front chassis harness.

Take a look at the turn signal switch. Just about everything runs through the chassis node, all the lights, wipers. I see in post #4 that you checked that. By doing what?
Check and clean any grounds from the headlight wiring going to the frame.Last edited: Mar 31, 2025

I found a shop that specialises in semi truck wiring so I’ll be taking it there before I buy any harnesses. I am renting a truck so I really don’t have time to mess around with it . I know one thing for sure is that I will not be paying 16K for those wire harnesses. Thanks for your input. I’ll keep it updated as to what the electrician finds.
