I just replaced my power steering fluid. I took the bottom hose off the cooler to drain it. Put it all back together and now its leaking an inch before the metal cooler hose/ rubber hose connection. I didnt bend it, I didnt snap it. Pin hole leak. I know from previous experience JB weld wont fix the issue. The cooler appears to be a major major pain to swap. My only idea is to bypass it (easy fix). Does the truck really NEED a cooler? Any other ideas are greatly appreciated...

Show us where your leaking. Is it coming through the hose or at a joint?

Typically steering coolers are added to an application for a reason. If possible I would always lean toward fixing the leak and keeping the cooler.
