2014 T660 operators manual

I just got into a 2014 t660 with Cummins ISX, 10 speed automatic does anyone know where I can get an operator's manual. On another note does anyone know where the fuse is for the windshield washer pump the fuse panel is located under the dash beside steering column but my fuse layout schematic is gone.
