2014 western star 2400 sf dd16 no start

Help needed! I have a 2014 western star with a dd16. Truck had ongoing issues with weak starting. Finally it wouldn't start at all. Had starter rebuilt and armature was burnt out. Installed rebuilt starter and still no start. Just clunked... I pulled all cables out and load tested them and replaced 3 cables that were bad. Installed new cables and still same issue. Batteries cables and starter are new. I have pulled starter out 5 times now. When I bench test it, it works great. Checked mega fuse on firewall in front of drivers side and cleaned connections and all is good and tight. Ground strap is tight and brand new. Any help would be appreciated. Dash lights up fine and when I crank you just hear the starter clunk clunk clunk

 

So it turns out the rebuilt starter I had bought was faulty. Went and bought a new starter and she fired right up.
