2015 FL Cascadia bunk heater

I have a 15 FL Cascadia factory espar d2 bunk heater with Digi max remote the other day I just happened to check my Digi max n noticed no power to it no green light nothing I checked all fuses i i popped the cover open on the heater side checked fuse there all good so I took my fluke multimeter and checked power wires no power I looked at the batteries don't see anything is there anywhere else I need to check I also lost power to my lights under bunk I have exhausted internet search n found nothing
