2015 FL Dd15 mil light stays on

    Few weeks ago I had turbo actuator changed. dealers would not sell me just the actuator so o had shop buy brand new actuator from maxforce eng had the machine shop make new thread to fit the nuts I guess that's what is called reinstall everything with new gasket mil light clear payed 1400. Drove about 400 500 miles mil light came back different code said intake manifold pressure sensor I replaced that all cleared few days passed on the to pickup the load mil light came back same code see pic n then few days cel came on I checked all pipes clean Delta p egr sensor mil stayed on but cel turn off comes on when I'm loaded and going up heal slow once I stop turn truck of turn back on cel lights turns of what else should I check I did also check egr valve which seem to be working hopefully this all makes sense[​IMG][​IMG]

    Also forgot to mention when cel lights up I lose power once it clears power comes back

    Can't help you on this. But i have to say..all those codes and warnings would put me over the edge. Wish you the best.

    it all started right after the turbo actuator replaced did the shop do something wrong with my air intake side

    Sounds like a heck of a coincidence. First law of troubleshooting. Always check the last thing done.

    Yeah I'm taking it back to shop since I'm near the Chicago area

    Okay little update took it back to the shop where they did the turbo actuator replace. The shop tech told me it's my aftertreatment plugged up scr def or what ever u call it they did something cleaned it cleared all codes tested with a load all good paid 600 bucks for it took of pick up my load pretty heavy 42k no check pulls awesome up hills about 120 miles later mil light came on stop to check what it was same code spn 102 fmi 18 I checked my turbo psi 23psi is the max it goes no power loss nothing I even tried slowing down to 15 miles to go up heal pulls great no check engine light came on but mil light stays what else can it be codes says intake manifold pressure sensor I checked for omhs all normal in 5 if recall that's the correct number from Detroit but I'm not mechanic my gut says it's the turbo actuator not calibrated correctly please need help I can't just keep throwing money on random parts that I don't need to replace

    This document describes how to set the turbo actuator linkage correctly. Perhaps the initial job wasn't set up right.
    It says for a MBE4000 Mercedes, but the DD15 document refers to this procedure for proper setup of the turbo actuator.

    That's very helpful I'm guessing they didn't do proper adjustment cuz I don't know what else it could be it all started after they replaced it if the turbo actuator is not from the Dd15 turbo but from maxforce 13 eng could that be the problem or it does not matter it's all about adjusting correctly
