2015 Freightliner Cascaida Kingpin question

    I have an OTC kingpin press. The pins are cryogenically frozen and slip fit in by Hendrickson. Interference fit is five tons at best, but beating in probably would mushroom pin. Beams ain't that expensive. I don't see point of reaming bushings to fit an out of round pin. Have you located a HD suspension shop in your area? In my area there are three and that is Cincinnati.

    No I’m new to this side of stuff and just really learning on the go as I want to do it my self. Might just get a whole new axle it’s only $1500

    If you lift the front tires off the ground one side at a time and use a
    bar and see how much movement there is at the outside edge of the
    tire. 3/16" is the max allowed for a DOT inspection. If the tires are
    wearing the same, both inside or outside it could be toed in or toed out.
