2015 International 8600 Coolant Pipe Part #???

Hello, I have a 2015 International 8600 VIN # 3HSHXSNR7FN569792. There is an approximately 1" metal pipe that runs across the top of the radiator under the upper radiator hose that I need to replace. I went to my local International parts dealer with the part with no luck. The overall length is just over 24". The ends are just a flared nipple to attach a 1" rubber hose. Flared nipple, 3" of pipe, 90 degree bend, 12" of pipe, mounting strap to mount to the top of the radiator, 1" of pipe following the mounting strap to a 45 degree, 5" of pipe to a 75ish degree bend, 3" to flared nipple. I couldn't attach a picture so I tried to describe the best I can. I am trying to get a part number so I can purchase a new one. Thanks for the help.
